Advanced Placement Opportunities
Earn college credit through Advanced Placement Examinations. Though students may choose to take the AP Exams without an associated preparation course, our courses are designed to help you to learn the material covered on the College Board’s AP Examinations offered each May. Students will be awarded credit for the preparation courses.
Please check out our Advanced Placement Cue Card for more details regarding AP Examinations and AP Preparation.
A score of 3, 4, or 5 generally leads to college credit, but some universities have unique requirements. Students are responsible for checking with their target schools for expectations.
The deadline to enroll in an AP course is November 1 to provide sufficient time for students to complete the advanced workload in order to master the curriculum prior to writing the Exams, which are offered in May at College Board approved testing centers.
Enrollment in courses with asterisks (*) have limited open seats and are dependent on having a teacher available for the course. Courses with two asterisks (**) are only offered locally onsite and subject to available space.
